How to Redirect your Affiliate Link

An easy way to increase sales from your 'Home Selling Secrets Revealed' affiliate
link is to redirect your affiliate link. For some reason people don't like clicking on affiliate links,
so this technique will increase the number of click-thrus you get from your link.
There are two ways of doing it:

Method 1: Meta Refresh

1. Highlight the code below and copy it - exactly as it appears - into a blank web page (HTML file):

Where it says 'Your ClickBank Affiliate Link' insert your ClickBank affiliate link.

2. Name this file 'hs.html'.

3. Now just upload the file to your main directory. Your affiliate link for
'Home Selling Secrets Revealed' will now be:
http://www.yourdomain.com/hs.html

Now test the link to make sure that it redirects to http://www.forsalebyownerguide.com

That's all - simple!

Method 2: CGI Redirects

This technique is even more effective than META refresh - when the reader clicks on a
cgi redirect, they don't have to go through an intervening HTML page.

1. Copy this Perl script into a blank text file and name the file 'hs.cgi':

2. Where it says 'Your ClickBank Affiliate Link' insert your ClickBank affiliate link.

3. Upload the file to your cgi-bin directory and set the CHMOD permissions on the file to 755.
Your "Home Selling Secrets Revealed" affiliate link is now:
http://www.yourdomain.com/cgi-bin/hs.cgi

Now test the link to make sure that it redirects to http://www.forsalebyownerguide.com
